188php Terms & Conditions

1. Acceptance of Terms

These Terms apply to all access to and use of the 188php website, mobile platform, applications, and all associated services (collectively, the "Platform"). Your continued use of 188php following the posting of any modification to these Terms constitutes your acceptance of the modified Terms.

These Terms must be read in conjunction with 188php's Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, both of which are incorporated into these Terms by reference. In the event of any conflict between these Terms and any other policy published by 188php, these Terms shall prevail unless expressly stated otherwise.

If you are accessing the Platform on behalf of another person or entity, you represent and warrant that you have the authority to bind such person or entity to these Terms, and that such person or entity agrees to be bound by these Terms.

2. Eligibility

The 188php Platform is available only to individuals who satisfy all of the following conditions:

• You are at least 21 years of age, as required under applicable Philippine law and PAGCOR (Philippine Amusement and Gaming Corporation) regulations governing online gaming;
• You are legally permitted to participate in online gambling activities in the jurisdiction from which you are accessing the Platform;
• You are not accessing the Platform from a jurisdiction where online gambling is prohibited;
• You are not a current employee, officer, director, or contractor of 188php, nor a close family member of any such individual;
• You have not previously been self-excluded or been excluded by 188php from using the Platform;
• You are acting as a principal and not as an agent for any other person or entity.

188php reserves the right to request documentary proof of age and identity at any time. Failure to provide satisfactory proof may result in account suspension or closure.

3. Account Registration & Security

To use the 188php Platform, you must register for a single personal account. You may hold only one (1) account on the Platform. The creation of multiple accounts ("multi-accounting") by a single individual is strictly prohibited and may result in the forfeiture of all balances and permanent account closure.

When registering, you agree to:

• Provide accurate, current, and complete information as prompted by the registration form;
• Maintain and promptly update your account information to keep it accurate and complete;
• Submit to Know Your Customer (KYC) identity verification procedures as required by 188php, including submission of a valid Philippine government-issued identification document and a selfie for biometric matching;
• Keep your username, password, and any two-factor authentication credentials strictly confidential;
• Notify 188php immediately upon becoming aware of any unauthorized use of your account or any other security breach.

You are fully responsible for all activities that occur under your account. 188php will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to comply with these security obligations. 188php staff will never ask for your password — do not share it with anyone.

4. Deposits & Withdrawals

All financial transactions on the 188php Platform are conducted in Philippine Peso (PHP / ₱). Supported payment methods include GCash, Maya/PayMaya, GrabPay, QR Ph, BPI, BDO, Metrobank, and 7-Eleven CLiQQ, subject to availability and minimum/maximum transaction limits as displayed in the Cashier section of your account.

Deposits: Deposits are credited to your 188php account balance upon confirmation from the payment provider. GCash and Maya deposits are typically credited instantly. Bank transfers may take 15–60 minutes depending on the originating institution.

Withdrawals: Withdrawal requests are processed subject to the following conditions:

• Your account must be fully KYC-verified before any withdrawal is processed;
• Withdrawals must be made to the same payment method used for the corresponding deposit, subject to 188php's AML policies;
• Any active bonus funds must meet the applicable wagering requirements before the associated real-money balance can be withdrawn;
• 188php reserves the right to perform additional security and AML checks on withdrawal requests, which may delay processing;
• Minimum withdrawal amounts are as displayed in the Cashier section and are subject to change with notice.

188php does not charge fees on standard withdrawals. However, your payment provider or bank may impose their own fees, for which 188php is not responsible.

5. Bonuses & Promotions

188php offers various bonuses, promotions, and loyalty rewards to eligible players. Each promotional offer is subject to its own specific terms and conditions, which are published on the relevant promotion page. In the event of any conflict between a promotion's specific terms and these general Terms, the promotion-specific terms shall prevail for that promotion only.

General conditions applicable to all 188php bonuses unless stated otherwise:

• Bonuses are available only to players who have successfully completed KYC verification;
• Each player is entitled to claim each promotional offer once unless explicitly stated otherwise;
• Bonus funds are subject to wagering requirements before they or any winnings derived from them can be withdrawn. Wagering requirements are specified in the applicable promotion terms;
• 188php reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel any promotion at any time with reasonable notice;
• Any attempt to abuse promotions — including but not limited to creating multiple accounts, using VPNs to circumvent geographic restrictions, or coordinating play between multiple accounts — will result in disqualification, forfeiture of bonuses and associated winnings, and account suspension;
• Bonus funds cannot be transferred between accounts or converted to cash except as permitted by the applicable promotion terms.

6. Game Rules & Fair Play

All games available on the 188php Platform are provided by licensed third-party game providers including, but not limited to, JILI, Evolution, SA Gaming, Pragmatic Play, PG Soft, and Fa Chai. Each game is governed by the rules of the respective provider, which are displayed within the game interface.

188php uses certified Random Number Generator (RNG) systems to ensure fair and unpredictable game outcomes. Game results cannot be influenced by 188php, its employees, or players. The house edge for each game is determined by the provider's paytable and is not manipulated by 188php.

In the event of a game malfunction, disconnection, or technical failure during a game round, 188php's decision regarding the outcome of the affected round shall be final. If a malfunction voids a game round in progress, any stakes placed on that round will be refunded to the player's balance.

For Live Casino games, decisions made by live dealers are final in accordance with the rules displayed at the relevant table. In the unlikely event of a dealer error, the game provider's dispute resolution procedure shall apply.

7. Prohibited Conduct

Users of the 188php Platform are expressly prohibited from engaging in any of the following conduct:

• Registering more than one account on the Platform;
• Providing false or misleading information during registration or KYC verification;
• Using the Platform if you are under 21 years of age or legally prohibited from online gambling in your jurisdiction;
• Using software, bots, scripts, algorithms, or any automated means to interact with or gain advantage on the Platform;
• Engaging in collusion with other players or any form of coordinated play intended to defraud 188php or other players;
• Attempting to launder money or conduct any other financial crime through the Platform;
• Hacking, reverse engineering, or otherwise attempting to gain unauthorized access to 188php's systems or data;
• Sharing access to your account with any third party;
• Using the Platform for any commercial purpose without 188php's prior written consent;
• Any other conduct that 188php, in its sole and reasonable discretion, determines to be harmful to the Platform, its integrity, or its other users.

Violation of any of the above prohibitions may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of all balances, and referral to the relevant law enforcement or regulatory authorities where applicable.

8. Responsible Gaming

188php is committed to promoting responsible gaming. We provide the following tools to help players maintain control over their gambling activity:

• Deposit Limits: Players may set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits on their account through the Account Settings section;
• Session Time Limits: Players may configure reminders and automatic session time limits to control the duration of their gaming sessions;
• Cooling-Off Periods: Players may request a temporary suspension of their account ranging from 24 hours to 6 months;
• Self-Exclusion: Players who believe they may have a gambling problem may request permanent self-exclusion from the Platform. Self-exclusion requests are processed within 24 hours. 188php may be required to disclose player information to PAGCOR, law enforcement agencies, financial intelligence units, or other regulatory bodies where required or permitted by law. Such disclosures are non-negotiable and do not require your consent.

All financial transactions are encrypted using TLS/SSL technology. 188php does not store complete payment instrument details beyond what is required for transaction processing and fraud prevention purposes.

10. Intellectual Property

All content on the 188php Platform — including but not limited to the 188php name and logo, website design, text, graphics, game interfaces, software, and all other materials — is the property of 188php or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the Platform solely for your personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes. This license does not include any rights to copy, modify, distribute, sell, resell, or commercially exploit any portion of the Platform or its content.

Any use of 188php's trademarks, logos, or other proprietary materials without prior written consent is strictly prohibited.

11. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable Philippine law, 188php's total liability to any player for any claim arising out of or relating to these Terms or the use of the Platform shall not exceed the amount deposited by the player in the six (6) months preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

188php shall not be liable for:

• Any loss of profits, revenue, data, goodwill, or other indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, even if 188php has been advised of the possibility of such damages;
• Any interruption, suspension, or termination of the Platform or any of its features;
• Any technical errors, connectivity issues, or data transmission failures beyond 188php's reasonable control;
• The actions, omissions, or conduct of third-party service providers including payment processors and game providers.

Nothing in these Terms limits 188php's liability for death or personal injury caused by 188php's gross negligence, fraud, or any other liability that cannot be excluded by law.

12. Account Suspension & Termination

188php reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any player account, and to void all associated bets and balances, in any of the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms;
• Failure to complete or pass KYC verification;
• Provision of false or fraudulent information;
• Engagement in any prohibited conduct as described in Section 7;
• Reasonable suspicion of money laundering, fraud, or any other criminal activity;
• Requirement to do so by a court order, regulatory directive, or law enforcement authority;
• Closure of the Platform or any of its services.

Where an account is closed for reasons other than a breach of these Terms, any real-money balance (excluding bonus funds not yet meeting wagering requirements) will be returned to the player within a reasonable time via the original deposit method, subject to AML verification.

Players may also request voluntary account closure at any time by contacting 188php support. Voluntary closure does not waive any obligations already accrued under these Terms.

13. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

Any dispute, controversy, or claim arising out of or relating to these Terms or your use of the 188php Platform shall first be submitted to 188php's customer support team for informal resolution. If the dispute is not resolved within thirty (30) days of submission, either party may pursue resolution through the competent courts of the Philippines.

Nothing in this section prevents 188php from seeking emergency injunctive or other equitable relief from a court of competent jurisdiction to protect its rights or property.

14. Amendments to These Terms

188php reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. Material changes to these Terms will be communicated to registered players via email or via a prominent notice on the Platform at least seven (7) days before the changes take effect, except where changes are required immediately by applicable law or regulatory directive.

Your continued use of the 188php Platform following notification of changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not accept the revised Terms, you must cease using the Platform and may request account closure.

The version of the Terms effective at the time of any transaction or dispute shall govern that transaction or dispute.
